How it works

  • Start printing ASAP.

After purchase, you’ll get instant access to all the STL files and tutorial videos so you can get to printing right away. Plus, no supports are needed to print any of the pieces!

  • Receive your materials.

In a few days you’ll receive the physical materials to complete your venting rocket. See product descriptions for what’s included.

  • Begin cryo testing.

However, we don’t recommend LOX or liquid methane. Instead use room temperature dihydrogen monoxide - sometimes called ‘water’.

“Awesome kit, attention to detail is amazing. All the files printed fine on our printers (a Prusa MK3 and an upgraded Creality) no problems. A very creative idea an a very good execution.”

  • ⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑

“The quality and attention to detail is exceptional. Product was securely packaged for delivery to Australia in perfect condition. Step by step video instructions easy to follow and a great build to put together. Thank you!”

“Easily one of the coolest products I have ever seen! The design looks identical to Starship and Super Heavy that are currently being static fired in preparation for the first orbital test flight at Starbase. I opted for the 3D printed parts since I do not have easy access to a 3D printer. The parts came nicely packaged a few days after ordering. […] The build was fun and I enjoyed looking at how intricately everything was designed, very well thought out! The Stardesk website is also fantastic! I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys watching the progress at Starbase!”

“I simply cannot even remotely begin to say how amazing it is to have starship sn24 and super heavy bn7 sitting on my desk venting away just like the real one prior to launch. I bought the already printed version from the seller and the quality and accuracy was fantastic for a base and ship print. There was some small strands of print as expected with plastic filament. Again the quality is absolutely top notch and there's none like this elsewhere. Can't wait to purchase another! 10/10”

  • STARSHIP
Starship is designed to be printed from PLA or PETG filament. To get the most realistic look, you’ll need black, gray/silver, and white filament. We also include a little bit of clear PLA to use for the Starbase sign.

    SLS
SLS is designed to be printed from PLA or PETG filament. To get the most realistic look, you’ll need black, dark and light grey, white, and orange filament. (You can also get away with only one gray.) The clear button and red NASA logo both come printed for you.

  • STARBASE
The widest/longest part has dimensions of 149 mm x 84 mm. The tallest part is 177 mm tall. Each part must be printed in the correct orientation, so your printer will have to fit parts of those sizes.

    SLS
The widest/longest part has dimensions of 149 mm x 84 mm. The tallest part is 139 mm tall. Each part must be printed in the correct orientation, so your printer will have to fit parts of those sizes.

  • All of our rockets are designed to be a fairly easy 3D print project. There are quite a few pieces, but each one is designed to be printed without any supports at all! Our included 3D printing guide will help you make sure they are oriented correctly.
